The tools you will meet
Precision drivers, spudgers, suction handles, heat, and an organised parts tray. We show you what each tool is for and, just as importantly, when not to use it.
Days two to four: your first real repairs
This is where confidence is built. Screen replacements, battery swaps and charging-port cleaning on real devices, guided step by step by your mentor. You repeat each operation until it feels natural.
Why repetition matters
A professional technician is not someone who has watched a repair — it is someone who has done it many times. Small groups mean your mentor watches your hands and corrects habits before they set.
Day five: thinking like a technician
By the end of the week you stop following steps and start diagnosing. A phone that will not charge is no longer a mystery — it is a checklist. That shift, from following to reasoning, is the real beginning of the profession.
